Journey’s End Log Cabin

Journey’s End Yellow Cottage is a fully furnished four season home that offers 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, living room and separate dining room located in the village of Beaverton. There is one Queen size bed, one double bed and one three quarter bed, as well as a blow-up mattress and a single pull-out sofa, to sleep a total of 5-6 people. Our guests have direct Lake Simcoe access through our neighboring, privately owned, Journey’s End Log Cabin which offers a park-like setting along White’s Creek, leading to a sandy beach overlooking a Westerly view of Lake Simcoe.  The original CNN railway is close by.

 

Larger groups can be accommodated by also renting our Journey’s End Log Cabin next door, which sleeps an additional 4-8 guests.

 

Winter Ice Fishing
Beaverton has lots to offer for the hard water fisherman. Easy lake access, lots of free parking, restaurants, live bait and several reputable fish hut operators.  To go ice fishing with our operation, please call us at Tim Hales Fish Huts, 705-426-9669.


Fall and Spring Fishing:
There is plenty of parking at our cottage property to bring your boat and trailer, and there is a nearby boat launch at the Beaverton Harbor.  There is excellent year round fishing for Perch, Trout, Whitefish as well as god Bass fishing in the summer months.

$250.00 per night – minimum 2 night stay
Maximum occupancy: 8
*Linens are not supplied, but arrangements can be made for an additional fee.  Pillows,  and towels are provided.

Journey’s End Log Cabin is a four season home offering two separate, full furnished units. Each unit has a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, bedroom with a queen size bed and a double pull-out sofa in the living room. Each unit also features a gas fireplace and a covered veranda overlooking White’s Creek and Lake Simcoe. Each unit sleeps up to a maximum of four people.

Journey’s End Log Cabin is located in Beaverton on the bank of White’s Creek at the mouth of Lake Simcoe. The property offers a park-like setting along White’s Creek, leading to a wide sandy beach with a Westerly view of Lake Simcoe. The original CNN railway line runs close by.
